1. Luggage Responsibility: Each pilgrim is individually responsible for their own bags. You must personally ensure your luggage is loaded onto the bus and delivered to your room.
2. Baggage Allowance: Standard allowance is 23kg for checked luggage and 8kg for carry-on.
3. Group Movement: Pilgrims must remain with the group at airports; individual movement is strictly discouraged.
4. Punctuality: Please strictly adhere to schedules. The group cannot wait for late individuals and consequences of delays are the individual's responsibility.
5. Ihram Clothing: Distributed in Madinah if starting there or at the airport if flying directly to Makkah/Jeddah.
6. Visits & Rawdah: Visiting schedules will be announced later. Rawdah permits must be booked individually via the "Nusuk" app on your personal phone.
7. Packing Tip: We recommend light clothing due to high temperatures in Makkah and Madinah.
8. Health: We advise bringing basic medications (painkillers fever reducers) for the climate transition between Germany and Saudi Arabia.
9. Local Services: Currency exchange and SIM cards are widely available near hotels; we will guide you to them.
